Privacy policy

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the operator of the GTA 6 Space portal (gta6space.com). For any privacy matter, write to kontakt@gta6space.com.
What data we process
The portal has no user accounts and requires no personal data. We process only: analytics data (solely with your consent), the content of POI submissions, and standard server logs.
Analytics and session recording — only with consent
We load Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics 4 and PostHog only after you consent via the banner. Until then, no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics collects pseudonymised identifiers and visit statistics (Google Ireland Ltd). PostHog collects page views, clicks, page performance data and SESSION RECORDINGS — a capture of what happens on screen during your visit (PostHog, servers in the European Union). Form field contents are masked in recordings and never reach us. You can withdraw consent at any time with the button below — we then stop collecting, erase the identifier from your device, and the banner appears again.
Google AdSense ads and advertising cookies
If we enable ads, we use Google AdSense (provider: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). AdSense may set cookies on your device (including in the doubleclick.net domain) and use advertising identifiers to show personalised ads based on your consent. Without consent we show at most non-personalised (contextual) ads. The list of third-party companies and the types of cookies used is available in Google's advertising policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Advertising data may be transferred to the USA; the transfer basis is the European Commission's adequacy decision and Google's standard contractual clauses. Details and ad-management options: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and your Google Ads ad settings.
Ad vendors
Google AdSense uses subcontractors (including DoubleClick, Google) whose list is public and updated in Ads Settings. Each of them has its own privacy policy available on their site.
POI submissions
The map submission form stores only what you type (name, category, coordinates, description) in a Supabase database (EU region). Submissions are not linked to your identity — please don't include personal data in them.
Server logs
Our hosting (seohost.pl, servers in Poland) keeps standard access logs (IP address, request time, URL) for security and diagnostics — the controller's legitimate interest. Logs rotate automatically.
External & affiliate links
We link to official sources and stores. Commercial links are visibly labelled — the rules are described on the About us page. Destination sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of UODO).
Changes to this policy
We will announce substantive changes with a note on this page and a new update date.
